You will need: 1 egg 1 tablespoon of milk 16 ounces imitation crabmeat 4 oz of cream cheese 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 3 stalks of green onion, diced ½ teaspoons of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of Ketchup 1 teaspoon of Sriracha Sauce ½ teaspoons of black ground pepper 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese | Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat an egg in a bowl with 1 tbsp of milk, set aside for now. Shred and dice crab meat. Now in a separate bowl, combine together: warmed cream cheese, ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Ketchup + Sriracha Sauce (can be replaced with 1 ¼ teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce), garlic, onions, and salt & black pepper. Mix until even. Now, mix in egg mixture until even. Add shredded crab meat, mix all together. Transfer into a 9” pie pan and even it out. Sprinkle with the rest of the ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden. Let it cool, cut it and serve as a side dish with your favorite sauce. |

Creamy Broccoli Pasta CasseroleI made this because something similar my Tante Nina made while I was in Germany This summer. It was very creamy and delicious that I had to find a similar recipe and make it at home for my family. Thank you Tante Nina for your hospitality and delicious meals. I have learned to love you guys. <3 INGREDIENTS: 8 ounces uncooked multigrain penne pasta 1 1/2 (14 oz) cups fresh or frozen small broccoli florets 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 3 cups milk 4 ounces cream cheese (fat free) 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves 1 teaspoon McCormick® Rosemary Leaves, finely crushed 1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder 3/4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large pot of boiling water add 2 teaspoons salt and one tablespoon olive oil. Add pasta and cook until its tender. Drain & set aside for now. Cook broccoli in microwave for 6 minutes. Drain any water. In a large saucepan melt butter or margarine; stir in flour and milk and whisk until mixture boils and thickens. Add cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, and thyme and stir until well blended. Add cooked broccoli, drained pasta, chicken, and shredded mozzarella to cheese sauce. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
