A Good Read: Books
Reading is a well known exercise for mind development, as well as thought organizer and a vocabulary builder. Books are Great Teacher! I would encourage and recommend reading instead of watching TV, games, etc. But be careful what you read. Believe it or not, not everything is healthy to read for your mind. Also, some reads can have great effect on you physically. For instance, depression, dirty vocabulary, and hypnosis. Choose your books wisely, but read from different categories. Read from curiosity, read for education, read for fun, make your self read; Read, Read, and Read.
