Coconut Crust
- Mix coconut and butter or margarine together. Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 15 minutes, or until golden.
No bake cheese cake
Firstly, prepare jello vanilla pudding following the direction on the box.
Let it stay and chill.
Meanwhile, beat warmed cheese cream until creamy.
Add half of a can of sweetened condensed milk, that's about 7 oz of 15 oz can.
Mix it until even.
Now add the vanilla pudding into it and beat it until even.
Pour and smooth out onto prepared chilled coconut crust in a 8" pan.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
May decorate with extra coconut flakes and whipping cream.
