This smoothie is a great source of energy, vitamins, minerals and fiber, regardless of how you're feeling, of course :P I think it's perfect for hot summer days (try to semi-freeze it and have it as ice cream!).
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Apricots
- 1 Small to Medium Frozen, Ripe Banana
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Milk Alternative (I used Silk Almond Original)
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- Sweetener to Taste (I used raw honey)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend it for 3 minutes so the ice would crush completely and it becomes even consistency.
