About 1/3 bunch of Parsley
2 Pears
1 whole frozen banana
1 stalk of Celery (the greener the better!) (opt.)
2-3 Tbsp. Coconut Cream (opt.)
1 cup of 2% milk and
1/3 cup of coconut flakes
2 C. water
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender.
Mix it all 2-3 minutes.
Serve.
