| Directions: Preheat oven to 375°. Drain chickpeas in a colander and let them dry completely. Pat dry with a paper towel if needed. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan every ten minutes. All ovens are different so make sure they don't burn. They will be golden brown and crunchy on the inside when done, not moist. In a medium bowl, combine all the spices. Remove chickpeas from oven when done and spray with olive oil spray. Immediately toss with spices while hot. Eat at room temperature. |

Preheat the oven to 350 Trim the ends of the asparagus – place into large bowl. Drizzle oil over asparagus – I do about 1 – 2 tablespoons. Just enough to make sure each are lightly covered in oil. Season with salt and pepper – I do a pinch of salt and about 1/4 teaspoon of pepper Drizzle lemon juice. Mix Spread Asparagus onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a “healthy” amount of cheese – I tend to use about 1/4 of a cup. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Enjoy These are the perfect snack right before a study session because the turkey and cream cheese both have protein. They tell your brain to release dopamine, which makes you more alert! Celery Stalks Cream cheese Laughing Cow cheese (optional) Thin Turkey Deli Meat Sea salt & black pepper to taste (optional) To make: Spread a little whipped cream cheese on a celery stick and wrap it with a lean turkey slice. But those that did not burn, were very delicious and fun to try. Would do it again in the future. What you need: 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons milk 2 1/2 cups (1/4-inch-thick) slices zucchini (about 2 small) Cooking spray What you do: Preheat oven to 425°. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip zucchini slices in milk, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place coated slices on an ovenproof wire rack coated with cooking spray; place rack on a baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately as it cools. Yogurt Drops: Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They'll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.
