This recipe was inspired by several recipes i combined together found on pintrest.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cups dry Millet
3 cups Water
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup diced Tomatoes ( I used canned, diced tomatoes)
2 cups grated Cheese
1 clove minced Garlic
1/4 tsp. Paprika (or any other spice you want for taste)
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
You can cook it on the stove, or in the crockpot for 2 hours on low.
In a pot, combine millet and water.
Cook it until soft.
Meanwhile, in a separate cooking pan, heat up olive oil.
Add diced tomatoes, and cook it through.
Add onions and saute them until soft.
Add, minced garlic.
When, millet is cooked thouroughly, add cheese and mix it in well untill it's melted.
Mix in the sauted vegetable mix and spices and the rest of the ingredients.
