- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or any flavor you desire (optional)
In a small pot, on a low heat, heat up heavy cream until hot, but not boiling.
Take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips.
Add vanilla and mix it with a wooden spoon until smooth and even.
Drizzle it over anything you like
Frosting, Icing, Drizzling
If you want to make frosting cream out of it, follow these directions:
Pour the mixture onto the deep, cookie sheets covered with lining
and put it into the freezer to cool off completely.
But do not allow it to freeze.
Now, scrub it off into the bowl
and using mixer, whisk it on high to the point of sturdy peaks.
Scoop it into the decorating pipe with your favorite nozzle and decorate the dessert.
