Immune Support Sinus Tea Recipe
1 large garlic clove, crushed or minced
1/2-1 tsp (that's about 1 inch cube) of fresh grated ginger
Squeeze or Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp of raw honey
1 tsp/generous pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Put ingredients in a large cup and fill with boiling water.
Drink while still hot (but don't burn yourself!).
Have this once a day if healthy, but if you are sick, or drink 2-3 times a day.
