2 cups of all purpose flour

Preheat oven for 200 C or 400 F.

and lining it with cookie sheets.
For the Dough:
Mix together butter or margarine (cooled, not hot) with sugar and eggs.
In the medium pot, mix together honey and baking soda.
Put it on the low heat, constantly mixing with a spatula.
Continue heating it until the mixture becomes brownish, golden, color.
It happens very quickly, like in one minute or so.
Now, take it off the heat and let it cool down.
Pour in the egg mixture into the honey mixture pot.
Slowly, start to add flower by 1/2 cup each at a time while mixing everything together.
The dough should have the consistency of pancake dough.
Pour the dough mixture into the cake form. Even it out.
Put it into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Once tested with wooden toothpick that it is baked thoroughly,
let it stand and cool off completely.
With a cake cutter or metal string cut the cake into 3 equal pieces, horizontally.
For the cream:
Mix and beat together heavy cream with sugar and prepared gelatin, until soft peaks.
Add condensed milk and a tea spoonful of vanilla extract.
Finally, beat together until strong, peaks.
Preparation of the cake:
Spread the cream on each pieces of cake, evenly.
Decorate the cake to your taste.
Let the cake stand for at least 4-5 hours, best if more.

You may want to each cake ring, before spreading the cream on it,
soak it with honey syrup and Cognac to taste for more moisture and softness.
