Ingredient:
7-10 fresh strawberries
1 ripe bananas (can be frozen)
1 tablespoon of raw organic honey
1/2 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup milk
yogurt (your favorite flavor) or 1/4 tblsp of heavy cream
Directions:
- Wash strawberries
- Remove banana peels
- Add all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth
- Add a few drops of vanilla or almond extract
